Glow Forward Coaching Package (Extended Edition)

     This 6 session goal oriented coaching package blends practical habit-building in one on one sessions with the powerful support of Reiki, making it ideal for those looking to create real change with energetic alignment. Each 45-minute session infuses focused goal-setting and progress tracking along with Reiki to clear blocks, reduce stress, and support emotional balance.

     This program includes an initial 1-1.5 hour intake session and 6 - 45 minute online or in person sessions. The sessions can be weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs. Additionally, support between sessions with distance reiki and email/text are included.
