Reiki 1 focuses on the importance of healing self, developing a relationship with Reiki and awakening within you the part that is always well. Reiki gets to the core of the healing needed for your highest good and wholeness. The healing of Reiki heals on multiple levels and affects all bodies – mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. Reiki can assist with chronic issues such as constant stress, pain, physical imbalances, mental/emotional imbalances, etc. Reiki can help in a moment of crisis such as a panic attack, anxiety attack, the death of a loved one, loss of a job, a car accident, etc. Reiki benefits your everyday life by providing a “pampering” of self and the ultimate in self love by bringing grounding, protection, balance, peace, clarity, insight and wholeness.
